Funky-Dog Terms & Conditions

All products are individually hand printed and, although Funky-Dog Press will endeavour to keep colours
etc true to the original image submitted, this cannot be guaranteed.

Payments for all orders must be made at the time of ordering and refunds will not be offered unless an
item is proved to be damaged or otherwise faulty.

Finished items are despatched using Royal Mail Registered Delivery and delivery dates are approximate.

Damaged goods must be reported to Funky-Dog Press by email within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to do
this may mean that Funky-Dog Press will be unable to accept responsibility for replacing the item.

Please remember that the quality of the reproduced image depends entirely upon the quality of the image
supplied. Therefore images should be at least 300dpi and supplied in either jpg or psd formats.
Please remember that images taken on mobile phones are often of poor quality, especially when enlarged.

All images supplied to us as hard copy should be sent to us using a secure method, e.g. Royal Mail registered
delivery or courier. Funky-Dog Press will return the image using a similar secure method but cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage not directly caused by an employee of Funky-Dog Press.

Copyrighted images, logos or trademarks must not be submitted without the written consent of the
registered owner of the image, logo or trademark.

By submitting your image or design to Funky-Dog Press you allow us to use that image or design for our
marketing or illustrative purposes, unless you specifically advise otherwise in writing at the time of ordering.

Funky-Dog Press accepts no responsibility for spelling mistakes or other errors when such errors were present
in the material supplied by the customer.

Should the customer request that an image be printed on anything other than an item supplied by Funky-Dog
Press, whilst taking the utmost care of the item Funky-Dog Press shall not be responsible for any loss
or damage incurred.

Funky-Dog Press continuously monitors its website and emails for viruses etc but cannot be held liable for any damage caused by undetected viruses, Trojans, worms etc. or for any actions caused by a third party.

Funky-Dog Press will endeavour to complete and deliver orders within the time stated and any unavoidable
delays will be reported immediately to the customer via email or telephone. However, Funky-Dog Press
cannot be held responsible for events or actions beyond our control.
